German universities have a quite good network with universities all over the world. Every year thousands of students have the opportunity to go abroad and spend some time in a different country, studying and living. This should be the same way for international students. Admission Checklist for Germany

  1. Copies of All Educational Documents (Attested)
  2. Any experience Letter
  3. One Photographs (Passport Size)
  4. Comprehensive CV
  5. Copy Of Passport (One year valid, First Page, Second Page and Last Page)
  6. Copy of CNIC
  7. Two Academic Reference Letters
  8. SOP, Statement of Purpose (Be strict on it as this must be provided by student. We can give him guidance how to prepare it but finally student has to prepare it.)
  9. Contact details ( Landline number + Mobile Number + Email Address + Residential Address)
  10. Next to kin details
  11. English Test Score Report (IELTS).

    This is required if course is going to be taught in english.

  12. A2/A3 Level German language course.

    This is required if course is going to be taught in German language.

  13. Any Previous Visa Application record (Previous Refusal)
  14. If there is a gap in education need to provide the proof and reason of that gap.

Visa Checklist for Germany

  1. Original passport + previous passports
  2. Visa application Form with 2 Biometric pictures
  3. Admission letter from the University
  4. Proof of Blocked account (€10, 236 ) or scholarship award or official obligation/invitation letter from immigration office in Germany
  5. CV
  6. All educational certificates with transcripts attested by HEC starting with the latest degree, school certificates
  7. TOEFL/IELTS, German language certificate if applicable
  8. Experience certificates
  9. Bank statement of Father/Mother of the past 6 months with a copy of their ID card. If it’s a bank statement of a sibling then birth certificate/ID card copy/ B form with English translations, to prove the relationship
  10. Passport copy page 1 and 2
  11. ID card copy
  12. Polio certificate
  13. Applicants declaration
  14. Security questionnaire
  15. Appointment email
  16. Copy of AMEX receipt

Note:- Two sets of photocopies A4 size will be submitted with visa application.
